As the Self so the World appears

Once upon a time, there lived a family on the top of hills. There was, in that family, parents and a young boy and girl. The kids used to go to the tip of the mountains and play and have fun. One day, the boy went towards the tip and shouted, "I hate you!!"

This voice echoed, came back, and as he hears the same voice, "I hate you!!"  he got sacred and felt "oh my gosh! Where is this voice coming from?"

"…I hate you …"

He ran back to his mom. He held her tightly and said, "Mummy, the mountain is shouting I Hate you!!" His mother understood the reason and asked him what he said to the mountains. The boy said that he shouted, "I hate you…"

Then the mother made him understand that a phenomenon called echo happens, whereby whatever we send, hits us back and echoes… So if he said "I hate you" then this voice shall only return back. She then told him to go shout "I love you!!"

So, the boy with his sister went out and started to shout "I love you..."

This voice repeated and they could hear "I love you, I love you!!..."

So beautiful! Now, they realized that whatever we send outside, we get that back only.

Moral: We get back what we give, whatever seeds we sow, the same fruit we get back. So, we should sow love to receive love back.

Waves, Winds, and Whispers — My Port Blair Story

I travelled to Port Blair with my sister from 28th October to 1st November, 2025. It felt like the perfect time to visit — the weather was pleasantly warm, the skies clear yet gentle, and the sea calm enough to welcome us. Budget-wise too, it was a great decision since it wasn’t the peak tourist season. There was a sense of ease everywhere — in the quiet beaches, in the slow rhythm of the island, and even in our own hearts. This was my first trip with my sister alone, and that made it special from the very beginning. I was excited and curious about what the journey would bring — not just in terms of places to see, but in the bond we would share. My intention was simple: to explore the island together, to laugh, to talk, and in the process, to understand each other a little more deeply. We spent around four nights and five days in Port Blair — a duration that felt just right. More than five days might have felt a bit repetitive since the island doesn’t have a vast number of places to ex...

For any medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.  In this article, I want to share my own understanding and insights gained over personal studies and talking to lot of women including doctors but this article is for  general awareness and not as a medical advice. Let us begin with the definition of periods according to chat gpt. Periods , also called menstruation , refer to the monthly biological process in which the body sheds the lining of the uterus through the vagina when pregnancy does not occur. During each menstrual cycle, the body prepares for a possible pregnancy by thickening the uterine lining. If fertilization does not happen, hormone levels change and this lining breaks down and leaves the body as menstrual blood. In simple words: Periods are a natural, healthy part of the reproductive cycle that usually happens once every month in people w...
