Hello friends! In this article, let's explore more tools and techniques for our inner child healing.  A veteran Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh, suggests a breathing technique for healing our inner child, breathing in saying I go back to my inner child, breathing out saying I take care of my inner child. This will align us to the voice of our inner child and help us focus on what it needs. This also helps us to release the pain that we have accumulated over years and detox our energy body. Hello friends! Today, I wanna share with you on inner child healing. As we grow old in this adult world, somewhere our inner child gets suppressed and wants to be seen and heard. Many experiences in the Grownup Adult world can be really traumatic and tough for our inner child, which we had to face!
