In this article, I want to share my own understanding and insights gained over personal studies and talking to lot of women including doctors but this article is for  general awareness and not as a medical advice. Let us begin with the definition of periods according to chat gpt.

During each menstrual cycle, the body prepares for a possible pregnancy by thickening the uterine lining. If fertilization does not happen, hormone levels change and this lining breaks down and leaves the body as menstrual blood.

Differences do not necessarily indicate a problem; they simply reflect natural individuality.


If we experience discomfort or distress related to menstruation, seeking guidance from knowledgeable individuals—including doctors, counsellors, or therapists—can help us understand the underlying causes. Healing can be approached at three levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual. By nurturing the body, caring for the mind, and connecting with the nurturing energy of the Divine Mother, Mother Nature, or any form of the divine feminine, we can move toward balance, healing, and overall well-being.

There can be many reasons for missing periods other than pregnancy. It is not something to be freaked out for. We do need to assist our body for having regular cycles and we can the help of professional therapists and doctors. It is a very manageable situation so girls do not worry of course take mindful steps for regulating your cycle but too much worry or fear is not required. Also the more our connection is strengthened to divine mother the more will be her power in our personal journey towards health and wellness. In addition, the pattern of cycle will change depending upon the biological age. Women may experience in the beginning 7 days cycle, which may change in middle age to 3 to 4 days and nearby menopause 1 day also. We can discuss these changes with our doctor and to remember it is just a change. 


Regular exercise and yoga help keep the menstrual cycle more balanced and regular by supporting hormonal stability, reducing stress, and improving overall physical and emotional health.
